By subscribing to our Support and Update Service clients receive exclusive access to:

We include 12 months of support with each license purchase. After the first year, you need only pay the annual support fee to keep your license and access to support active.

About Support

We offer live (email and phone) and web-based support to help you get the detailed answers you need when you need them.

Training

One hour of Online Software Training is included with each INSPECT license purchase. This training is provided by one of Codeware's Support Engineers.

Live Support

From showing you how to use INSPECT to explaining how the software performs specific calculations, we have the specialized knowledge required to answer your detailed questions. IT support personnel are here to answer installation and networking questions. Live phone and email support is provided by Codeware staff in the United States.

Web-Based Support

In the online Support Center you can find resources such as our:

  • Knowledge base (search FAQs and view video tutorials)
  • Software download area
  • "My Account" area (track your support tickets and view licensing)

About Software Updates

Updates can be conveniently installed using the Automatic Update feature within the software, downloaded from the Support Center or received on CD (additional charge applies).
