COMPRESS rates each component for its coldest possible MDMT per UCS-66, UHA-51, etc. Standard ASME B16.5 and B16.47 flanges are rated in this same manner. If the resulting temperature is below −20°, the alert is displayed indicating the flange rated temperatures are valid only if "low temperature" bolting material is used as defined in Note 10 to Table 1B of these standards.
