To prepare for the unexpected, we strongly recommend that you insure your computer for the combined value of the hardware and Codeware software license(s). In the event of a loss, the replacement cost of the license (hardware key) will be 60% of the current list price.

Codeware will replace any damaged or faulty licenses (hardware keys) at no charge. Please return any such keys to the support team at Codeware via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Click here for contact information.
