FTP and HTTP traffic is not allowed by our servers. What should
I do?
In order for the built-in submit function to work,
your computer must be able to communicate with the internet
per FTP (TCP port 21). If FTP and HTTP
traffic is not allowed by your servers, please email your key
information (c2v file) directly to us. To do this, please
follow the same
procedure as outlined under the FAQ

If you are unable to send your key information using the utility,
the file containing your key data (c2v file)
can be e-mailed directly to Codeware. To do this:
-
Identify where your c2v file is located. Do this by
launching the Codeware Key Update Utility:
Start > All Programs >
Codeware >
Key Update Utility.
The file path for the c2v file is listed in the
"Key data file" field. Write this path down.
-
Create an email with the title
"c2v File From [Your company's name]."
-
Attach your c2v file to the email created
in step 2.

Insert > File from your open message.
For the example above, we would find the file
by browsing to
My Computer > Local Disk (C:)
