Payment Methods

Conveniently pay an Invoice or Support Renewal Notice using one of the methods below:

• Pay by Credit Card

  We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

  

  Option 1: Pay Bill Online
  Option 2: Fax Credit Card Authorization Form to Codeware

• Pay by Check

  Please send checks in US$ (referencing your invoice or notice number) to:

• Pay by Wire Transfer or ACH

  Please Contact an Account Manager to receive wire transfer and ACH details. This information is also available on your invoice.

• Enroll in the Automatic Support Renewal Plan

  Ensure uninterrupted access to support benefits by enrolling in the COMPRESS or INSPECT Automatic Renewal Plan. Once we receive your authorization, annual support fees are debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card.

I've ordered new or additional licenses, when will I receive them?

• New Single User Licenses or Leases

  Single user licenses and leases are controlled by a USB security key. Once your order is finalized, a security key and installation CD are shipped to you within two (2) business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please let your Account Manager know (additional charge applies). Your online Support Center user ID and password will be emailed to you along with your shipment tracking number.

• New Network and Enterprise Network Licenses

  One security key, attached to your server, manages all of your network licenses. Once your order is finalized, a security key and installation CD are shipped to you within two (2) business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please let your Account Manager know (additional charge applies). Your online Support Center user ID and password will be emailed to you along with your shipment tracking number.

  Once you've received your security key, additional network licenses are activated by a license update file. No additional physical shipment is needed.

• Options Added to Existing Network or Single User License

  COMPRESS and INSPECT options are activated by a license update file once your order is finalized. No additional physical shipment is needed.

I've renewed my support, when will I receive my license update file?

• Support and Update Service (SUS) Renewals

  Once your order is finalized, your license update file is emailed to your company's primary contact. Access to Codeware's online Support Center is also extended.
