What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Codeware treats personal information that Codeware collects and receives. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Codeware does not own or control or to people that Codeware does not employ or manage.

Codeware may collect personal information when you register with Codeware or when you use Codeware products and services. Once you register with Codeware and sign in to our services you are not anonymous to us. Codeware does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other individuals or nonaffiliated companies unless it is to provide products or services you've requested, you have given your permission, or one of the following circumstances applies:

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Codeware under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Codeware communicate with you about offers from Codeware and/or our marketing partners. • We transfer information about you if Codeware is acquired by or merged with another company.

Records of participation in and credit awarded for attending Codeware's training seminars is considered confidential. Records are maintained on Codeware's secure network for a minimum of seven (7) years and may not be released to a third party without the individual's direct written consent.
