Access to Codeware's World-Class Support Team
Very specialized knowledge is required to answer the detailed questions asked by COMPRESS users. From in-depth vessel and exchanger inquires to explaining how COMPRESS performs specific ASME calculations, our in-house team of experienced Mechanical Engineers is available to help. Using online collaboration technology, we can also directly access a user's computer to troubleshoot in real-time.

The Support Team works closely with our Austin, Texas based Development Team to ensure customer feedback is at the core of all development work. This structure enables our Support Team to give their full attention to assisting users while the developers focus entirely on implementing the best solution.

In addition to the one-on-one correspondence provided by our Support Team, we are continually updating/adding items to our online Support Center. To provide immediate answers, the following resources are available:

  • Video tutorials
  • FAQs (new FAQs added regularly)
  • User manuals and tips
  • Verification manuals and files
  • White papers
