In Shopfloor, you may assign a welding procedure to a weld without assigning a welder. From this record, you can generate a PQR, to which the welder may be added later.

Multiple welding processes can be added for each PQR and WPS in Shopfloor. Currently, there is no limit to the number of processes that may be specified. However, the form PDFs will start to look messy / cluttered with excessive numbers of processes.
Forms and records created in Shopfloor are stored for the user onto the cloud. At any time, you can “pull down” these documents and download them to your local computer (provided that you have internet connection).
The primary administrator can granularly assign “Read”, “Create”, “Edit” and “Delete” privileges to the individual Shopfloor users within the company.
